Please note: This is a 4-session (6 hour) private training / mentoring group with HeartMath Certified Mentor & Coach Dawn Wotherspoon. Participants are encouraged to attend all (or as many) training sessions as possible, as they are progressive in nature and gradually build upon skill development and personal experience week-to-week.
