Meet Coach & Trainer: Dawn Wotherspoon

As a HeartMath® Certified Practitioner and Mentor I provide stress management coaching and resilience training to help my clients learn to adapt to challenges in their life with more ease. 

My journey began with my own personal search for more ease, peace and flow in my life - so that I could be the mother, wife, and Peaceful Leader that I truly wanted to be. As an entrepreneur with a young family, I get the need to be resilient! My family and my professional team rely on me to be clear headed, focused, and adaptable especially when challenges arise, and so the need to learn how to cultivate an inner environment of harmony has been paramount in my journey as a business professional, coach, and trainer.

Within The Peaceful Leader Skills Training, we're going to get real about managing emotions, attitudes, reactions, and responses. I'll be sharing many simple yet effective techniques that you can begin using to calm your nervous system during high pressured situations, and the best part is that these are practices you can use on-the-go in the middle of your work day!

Within The Peaceful Leader skills training, participants will be learning a variety of HeartMath® science-based self-regulation techniques and training resources, plus each participant will be guided on how to use their own HeartMath® Inner Balance Wireless Sensor + the Inner Balance App for personalized coherence building.

4 FULL DAYS OF INTERACTIVE TRAINING + GUIDED INSTRUCTION

Trainings are presented in two x 2-day segments (for a total of 24-hours training time). Day 1 & 2 run consecutively back-to-back, with a break of typically 4-6 weeks, and then Day 3 & 4 run consecutively following (this allows for integration and practice time of new skills in-between live sessions). Training days typically run from 9 AM to 12 PM / break for lunch / 1 to 4 PM.

Tuition + Course Materials $1,500 CAN (+GST 5%)

*HeartMath Inner Balance Bluetooth Wireless Sensor $250 CAN (+GST 5%)

SMALL AND INTIMATE GROUP SETTING
